ARP Evolution

The ARP (AI Reputation Proof) system will evolve through phases:

Phase	Description
ARP 0.5	Off-chain scoring, used for chat and gating (Testnet)
ARP 1.0	On-chain emission and staking influence (Mainnet)
ARP 1.5	Reputation-slashing and rewards enforcement
ARP 2.0	AI scoring becomes trainable, modular per domain
ARP 3.0	zkML AI decision proofs + open agent market

Each ARP phase will be governed by proposals and monitored by a Civic Audit process.
