Proposal Lifecycle

All decisions follow a structured lifecycle:

1. Submission

• Any user with ≥ 10,000 rSBLK may submit a proposal.

• Others may co-sign proposals to push them into voting stage.

2. Discussion

• Conducted in verified SocialBlock chatrooms

• Summarized and tagged by the Civic AI Agent

• Toxic or incoherent proposals are downranked or rejected

3. Voting

• Snapshot taken of rSBLK holders

• Vote duration: 5–14 days (configurable)

• Vote types: Yes, No, Abstain, No with Veto

4. Resolution

• Executed automatically if:

  • Quorum is met

  • Threshold is achieved

• Can be vetoed by the Council under fraud or security threats
