Reputation is a live AI score (0.5–1.5) based on:

• Participation

• Alignment with previous vote outcomes

• Behavior in discussions

• Validator performance (if applicable)

Only users with rSBLK may vote. Low-rep wallets are rate-limited or quarantined.
